We share the title report with you, the investor, for any necessary renegotiations.
We review the settlement statement and closing documents for accuracy before scheduling wiring instructions.
Executed documents and funds are processed and recorded, finalizing the transaction.
Congratulations! Your transaction is successfully closed, and all documents are sent to you.
All Transaction Coordination services require a 50% non-refundable deposit to open the file.
The remaining balance is billed only upon successful closing.
If the transaction fails, the deposit is not transferable to future transactions.
